Designed for the serious sailor, Kentucky courtesy flags are 100% marine-tough nylon, manufactured to withstand damaging sun, wind and salt exposure.  Bright colors, finished with canvas heading and solid brass grommets.  12" x 18". 

Kentucky's state motto is "United We Stand, Divided We Fall."  This is represented by two friends shaking hands.  The state flower, goldenrod, is also pictured on the flag.  Kentucky, together with Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and Virginia, call themselves commonwealths, rather than states.
